Magic Links let you target an EG rule to only trigger for store visitors who arrive via the special "Magic" link. Therefore, you can use EG to create targeted marketing campaigns to for example attract new customers without offering gifts to all visitors to your store.

How to enable a Magic Link on your EasyGift rule

Open the EG app and open your rule. Within the ‘Apply this rule to’ section for your rule select ‘Only visitors who arrive via a magic link’.

In the ‘Link destination’ option choose the page you want your visitors to land arrive at when they click the magic link.

Copy your magic link by clicking on the clipboard button. Use this link in your marketing campaigns.
💡Top tip
You can include multiple rules in a magic link by appending the rule IDs with commas to your link. For example, yourstoreaddress.com/?aca=RULE_ID_1,RULE_ID_2,RULE_ID_3. The rule ID for each is the series of letters and numbers in the link after the "aca=" characters in the URL.
